What is artificial intelligence for the creative class: a threat to creativity or an auxiliary tool? How are neural networks changing photography and what does copyright say about it? What is happening in the film industry with the advent of new technologies?

The discussion will be attended by: Alexey Loginov, historian of photography, art director of the Béton Centre of Visual Culture; Vladimir Sumashedov, director; Konstantin Markov, Vice President of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia for Legal Affairs, Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts; Nadezhda Lisovskaya, journalist, correspondent of The Art Newspaper Russia.

Among the topics: the development of digital technologies in photography, the ethical and legal challenges of generative technologies, the prospects for the development of artistic photography using artificial intelligence, the transformation of the roles of the film crew under the influence of algorithms, successful examples of the introduction of AI in art.
