Kamil Akhmetov, a screenwriter and writer, and a lecturer at the HSE Institute of Cinema and the Moscow School of Cinema, will discuss Welles’ narrative techniques, demonstrate them in action, and, of course, tell us about the biography of this master, who is not well-known in Russia.
