We start our day with amazing news: the documentary film «Enemy Number Three» won the Grand Prix of the IX International Documentary Film Festival of the CIS Countries «Eurasia.DOC»!
The award ceremony was held in Minsk. 35 films from nine countries competed for awards at one of the largest film festivals. We are proud that our film was chosen as the best among the strong and serious finalists!
«Enemy Number Three» is a film about the legendary artist and incredible person, Alexander Zhitomirsky. It is about his great love for his homeland, his family, and his art.
«This is a film about how to find light and preserve one’s humanity in the darkest of times through the power of art and beauty. It is a film about how art can save lives. I want to wish all of you that we can use art to unite and save people’s lives and defend our country,» said Vladimir Sumashedov, the film’s director.
