It is prohibited to be in outerwear and bulky clothing in the exhibition hall of the Center and to bring it with you. Outerwear includes coats, fur coats, sheepskin coats, jackets, fur vests, down jackets, raincoats, windbreakers, trench coats, parkas and other outerwear items made of any materials.
It is prohibited to enter the Center in dirty, strongly smelling clothes and/or shoes, as well as with items that may stain visitors and/or exhibits and interior elements.
It is prohibited to bring into the Center and use in the Center firearms; piercing, cutting and easily breakable objects; flammable, poisonous, toxic substances, including perfumery and cosmetic products in aerosol packaging with propellant (sprays, shampoos, gels, deodorants, varnishes, etc.).
It is prohibited to bring into the exhibition hall items whose dimensions exceed 30×40×20 cm (bags, backpacks, briefcases, cases, packages, etc.), umbrellas, sports equipment, musical instruments, flowers, any liquids in any container, drinks in thermoses, cardboard and plastic cups, etc. With the exception of bottled drinking water, up to 0.5 l.
The use of wheelchairs, canes, crutches and other technical rehabilitation devices is permitted for visitors with limited mobility and disabilities.

In case of causing material damage to the Center (exhibition items, interiors, buildings), compensate for this damage in the amount specified by the expert commission based on the results of the assessment. In case of the visitor’s disagreement to compensate for the damage caused, the Center has the right to recover compensation for damage in court.

It is prohibited to use sockets for charging mobile devices and electrical appliances.

It is prohibited to smoke (including using electronic cigarettes), drink alcohol, use drugs, or be in a state of alcoholic, drug or toxic intoxication on the territory of the Center.
It is prohibited to enter and move around the territory of the Center on bicycles, skateboards, scooters, segways, roller skates, hoverboards and other similar vehicles and sports training equipment.
Sitting or lying on the floor or on folding chairs, pillows and similar items brought with you is prohibited, except in situations where permission has been received from the Center or as part of events held by the Center.
It is prohibited to be with any animals on the entire territory of the Center, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying visitors with visual impairments.
It is prohibited to carry out trade, distribute tickets, conduct commercial, excursion, advertising and other activities for the purpose of generating income without written consent from the administration of the Center.
It is prohibited to carry out professional photography and video filming without the consent of the Center’s administration, i.e. filming using a tripod, additional lighting and/or sound recording equipment, color scales, additional power sources and other special devices, as well as in compliance with special conditions for preparing premises and exhibits for filming.
It is prohibited to conduct any photo sessions without the consent of the Center administration for personal or commercial purposes, including as part of work on creative projects. A photo session is understood to mean a wedding, costume, fashion or other staged photo or video shoot of a model or object, conducted by a person taking the photo or video, a photographer or cameraman, including if the photo session is carried out using a mobile phone.
The Center reserves the right to consider a photo session a shoot that has one of the following characteristics (or a combination of several):
Amateur photography and video shooting is permitted in the exhibition halls of the Center – without the use of a flash, tripod or monopod (selfie stick). Visitors have the right to take pictures against the background of exhibits, at a reasonable distance from the exhibit (no closer than 1.5 meters from the exhibit). When taking photos and videos, visitors are obliged to take into account the rights of other visitors and not interfere with their acquaintance with the exhibition, and also not allow damage to the exhibits.
“In order to comply with the Federal Law of 29.12.2010 No. 436-FZ “On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development”, the Center has the right to refuse to attend events:
category “6+” for children under 6 years of age;
category “12+” for children under 12 years of age, with the exception of cases established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (children who have reached the age of six are admitted to events of category “12+” in the presence of parents or other legal representatives);
category “16+” for children under 16 years of age;
category “18+” for children under 18 years of age.”
